Creating Your Shortlist

• Benchmark Calibration : After submitting your criteria via our online form, we'll send you profiles of 3 benchmark candidates. We use your feedback to ensure the candidate matches will meet your expectations.
• Candidate Introduction : Based on your insights, we'll introduce you to 10 candidates within 10 business days.

Flexibility & Changes

Change your criteria once for free within the initial 10 days. After that, each significant change has a $500 fee, to cover operational costs.

Performance Assurance

Hire-or-Free-Guarantee™ : While no recruiting or sourcing service can guarantee a hire, we’re fully committed to your satisfaction. If you don’t hire from your Shortlist, we’ll give you another Shortlist at no cost. Use it for any role anytime in the next 12 months.

Discounted Bundles: Purchased bundles of Shortlists may be applied to any role anytime within 12 months of purchase. Because our staffing is planned based on volume commitments, all bundle sales are final & non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the fee paid for the Shortlist. We're not liable for the outcomes of hiring decisions. All disputes will be resolved under Illinois law, promoting fairness & transparency. By using our services, you consent to these terms.
