Creating Your Shortlist

• Benchmark Calibration : After you share your hiring criteria through the intake form, we’ll send 3 sample candidate profiles. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the matches.
• Candidate Introduction : Once aligned, we’ll introduce you to 10 interested candidates within 7 days.

Hire-or-Free-Guarantee™

We want you to be thrilled with the results. If you don’t end up hiring at least one candidate from your Shortlists during your first 60 days of active membership, your third month is free. To qualify, your membership needs to stay active (i.e. not paused) during the first 60 days.

Pausing Shortlist

Shortlist is a simple month-to-month service… no annual contract required. If you want to pause your service & billing, simply email us at least 3 days before the end of your billing month. Your pause will start at the end of that month.

Limitation of Liability

If something doesn’t go as expected, our responsibility is limited to the fees you’ve paid for Shortlist. Your hiring decisions & outcomes are up to you. All disputes will be resolved under Illinois law, promoting fairness & transparency. By using Shortlist, you agree to these terms.
