Refund Policy

You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the program officially starts.

To request a refund, email jeff@recruitrockstars.com before that deadline and we'll process it promptly.

No refunds are available after the program begins, regardless of circumstances, including non-attendance, personal circumstances, or incomplete participation.

Thanks for joining the 4 IN 4 program. These terms outline how the program works and what we both commit to. They're straightforward.

Our Guarantee to You

Complete the program requirements and receive your 4 interviews. If you complete all requirements and don't receive 4 interviews, you may repeat the program at no additional cost.

To qualify, you must:

1. Complete all 8 homework assignments by their due dates during your cohort
2. Attend the 8 scheduled calls or view the video replays.
3. Notify us via email at jeff@recruitrockstars.com within 14 days after your cohort ends if you did not secure 4 interviews.

If you meet all requirements and did not receive 4 interviews, submit your claim via email within 14 days of program completion. We will verify your completion of assignments and participation. Upon approval, you will be enrolled in the next 4 IN 4 cohort at no cost.

What We Provide

We provide the knowledge & plan to secure 4 interviews with decision-makers at your target companies. This is the core commitment of the program.

We do not guarantee job offers, employment, or any specific salary or compensation outcomes. Hiring decisions and offer terms are determined by employers based on your qualifications, interview performance, and factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for completing assignments by stated deadlines, responding promptly to employer communications, and conducting yourself professionally in all interviews.

Limitation of Liability

Recruit Rockstars and its owners are not responsible for your conduct during interviews or employer interactions, employment-related disputes or claims, or any decisions you make based on program content. You are solely responsible for your statements, conduct, and decisions throughout the job search process and any subsequent employment.

Intellectual Property

All program materials are proprietary to Recruit Rockstars and for your personal use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, or share materials outside the program.

Program Removal

Recruit Rockstars reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct that violates these terms. No refund will be provided in cases of removal.

Payment Processing

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Creating Your Shortlist

• Benchmark Calibration : After you share your hiring criteria through the intake form, we’ll send 3 sample candidate profiles. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the matches.
• Candidate Introduction : Once aligned, we’ll introduce you to 10 interested candidates within 7 days.

Hire-or-Free-Guarantee™

We want you to be thrilled with the results. If you don't hire from your Shortlist, your next Shortlist is on us.

Limitation of Liability

If something doesn’t go as expected, our responsibility is limited to the fees you’ve paid for Shortlist. Your hiring decisions & outcomes are up to you. All disputes will be resolved under Illinois law, promoting fairness & transparency. By using Shortlist, you agree to these terms.
